My PT sessions are offered at a location of your choice, whether it be at your home or local gym, the park or a beach, so that you can remove the hassle of traveling time from your busy day.

Specialising in strength and conditioning, endurance and body composition (weight loss), I offer unique and individually tailored training programs coupled with nutritional advice to meet the specific goals of each and everyone of my clients. None of us are the same so neither should our training programs be.

ONLINE COACHING

Online programs or are ideal for folks who ; travel frequently for work/pleasure, have daily parenting duties, work from home, don’t enjoy a gym environment or prefer to train at time and place of their convenience 

Benefits of online programs:

Workout to a schedule that meets your needs, access to an expert coach, affordability over gym rates, access to an exercise library, 24hr communication access with your trainers(similar to having a trainer in your pocket). 

What the program offers:

Personalised program to meet individuals needs and goals , self paced, weekly checkins with biweekly video calls, 24hr video feedback on exercise form, access to nutritional advice.


kettlebell workshops

My goal is to educate new comers, athletes, as well as professional coaches and trainers in the industry on how to safely exercise, move and develop programs using kettlebells so that they don’t have to waste time watching endless youtube videos or executing movements with bad form.

I believe that kettlebell training is one of the most effective ways to build strength, increase endurance, and improve overall fitness. An absolute athlete builder!!

My workshops are designed to be challenging, yet accessible to all fitness levels whether private or corporate.

SWIm coaching

Swimming classes can be a valuable experience for people of all ages. Not only is swimming a great form of exercise that can improve cardiovascular and muscular health, but learning to swim also provides an important life skill. Beginners can learn the basics of swimming, including proper strokes and breathing techniques, while more advanced swimmers can work on increasing endurance or perfecting their technique.

I offer private 1-1 or group swimming lessons to clients of all ages and abilities from the convenience and comfort of your own clubhouse or private pool.
