Since 2010, I have been offering coaching and training to clients who prefer a more personal or one on one approach, training clients at a location of their choice. I love to push the boundaries when it comes the latest, tested and progressive training and nutritional practices out there as I strive to perpetually increase my knowledge in the field of health. At G.H Performance, I empower my clients to gain the most out of themselves , while assisting them to train in a structured and progressive, but stress free environment.

As a youngster, I played every sport I could mostly excelling at cricket having played at the highest level back home in South Africa as well as in England and Ireland from the age of seventeen.

Those experiences ignited my passion for movement and sports performance from a young age which eventually lead me to the studies of sport coaching and performance at Hong Kong University. I now try use the knowledge gained to continuously adapt and hone in my skills as a personal trainer and a sports performance coach.

As a personal trainer and coach, i have been involved with a wide variety of clients from 3yrs old beginners learning to swim, elite athletes at the top of their game , to my oldest client aged 73.

As an active athlete, i enjoy participating in endurance events such as triathlons or trail running and can be found on the hockey field or golf course when not in the gym.

What i'm most proud of as a trainer and coach is that most of my clients have been with me for 5-7yrs, the only way to keep clients that long is with results and no injuries.
